Tidal Shield Insurance (“the Agency”) offers text-message updates to clients who opt in through the form on our website or by email invitation. Choosing to receive texts is never a condition of doing business with us.

Once you opt in, we may text you about your policies, transactions you start with us, agency news, or products and services we offer — typically one to two messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.

By opting in you confirm the mobile number you provide belongs to you (or that you are its authorized user), and you agree to tell us promptly if that changes. Charges from your carrier are your responsibility.

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us; that removes you from the opt-in list. To start receiving messages again, simply submit the opt-in form once more.
